£25,000 - £27,000 basic OTE £40k+ in Y1, £75k+ in Y2, (Uncapped) Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 - (4pm finish on a Friday) - No Weekends or Bank Holidays & Christmas OFF. As a Recruitment Consultant at Octane Recruitment, you will be working for one of the UK's leading agencies in our sector, becoming part of an established, highly driven team and earning from a brilliant commission structure. We are looking for someone who can: Source the right candidates and see them through the recruitment process in a professional manner. Build strong relationships with clients. Contact candidates about potential roles (calling, texting, and email). Vet candidates on their qualifications, working history, and ability to do the role. Ensure candidates are a good fit for the company. Build relationships with the team, candidates, and clients. Work with the Senior team on which vacancies you will be working on. Keep track of all communications on our database and update it on a constant basis. We have a large amount of vacancies that need to be filled, so you can start recruiting as soon as you are trained, giving you the opportunity to earn from the start. Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
Recruitment experience is ideal - added Motor Trade experience is a huge bonus but not essential. Ideally have a full UK driving licence but not essential if you are local. Excellent communication skills. Happy to make a lot of calls and confident on the phone. Experience using a large CRM and multi-site posting platform. Full training on the industries we work in, our systems, and how Octane operates. £25,000 basic salary to start (reviewed regularly), Bonus is uncapped - £40,000 in year 1 - ability to earn a lot more. Guarantee in place for the 1st 3 months of employment. Clear Career progression path. Strong and very generous commission structure. Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 5.30pm, early finish every Friday at 4pm. 22 Days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day for each year of service. Birthday Off as an additional holiday. Working in a brand new, spacious office. On-site gym (funded by Octane Recruitment). Closed for Christmas for a week - Paid and using no holidays. Great company nights out and team days.
