The Position

Meeting with candidates in-person/virtually to understand their skill set and career aspirations

Meeting with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans, and qualify vacancies

In-depth research into your industry so you become an expert in your field

Building specialised databases on Microsoft Excel

Headhunting candidates for difficult-to-fill vacancies

Negotiating contracts of employment with candidates/terms of business with clients

Requirements

You would have had some experience of running your desk as a recruiter within your niche (Hospitality/Property/Finance/Law/Pharma).

The Company has an unrivalled commission scheme, paying up to 60% of fee on commission to top performing Consultants. They run numerous monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives which include Michelin Star restaurants, VIP Cheltenham Races tickets, and team activities such as go-karting and paintballing. Their quarterly incentives include all-expense paid trips to Ibiza and Los Angeles.

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
