Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm The Company Our client is a Global Executive Search firm specialising in Private Markets, partnering with top Investment Managers, Private Equity Firms, and Investment Banks to secure exceptional talent across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Credit, and Sustainability. The Role: Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in their search process, leveraging your talent acquisition skills to identify and secure top-tier candidates for our prestigious clients in Private Markets. Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive talent searches using a variety of headhunting and networking methods to identify high-calibre candidates within the Private Markets verticals. Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the Private Equity, Investment Banking, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Credit, and Sustainability sectors, focusing on building relationships with key decision-makers. Implementing strategic sales plans that align with our overall business objectives, ensuring a pipeline of new opportunities and revenue streams. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, providing advice and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and managing placements. Skills and Requirements: Previous experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within the financial services, investment banking, or private equity sectors (or related fields such as real estate, infrastructure, or sustainability). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, headhunting, and candidate sourcing strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
