Castleview Group are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our well established team in Chester le Street.
Key responsibilities:
- Office based position Monday to Friday
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with care providers and local authorities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for care positions through various sourcing methods.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Conduct interviews.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 18 months in recruitment (Perm or Temp sector)
- Driving licence
- Strong communication skills
- Proven successful billing record and achievements
- Resilient personality
- High levels of drive and ambition
