Responsibilities:
Conduct phone calls to prospective clients and candidates. Gain client and candidate traction. Business development. Follow up with candidates to see if they are interested in the position. Coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions. Maintain a high level of client engagement and generate new business. Communicate with candidates regularly via phone or email. Experience:
1-3 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required. Previous experience in sales and business development. Sector experience can vary; we have a strong footing in Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, and Commercial sectors, but we are open to discussing candidates from other sectors.
