Reliant Cleaning Ltd Supplies Commercial Cleaners in and around the Peterborough area and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support with the growth of the business. Recruitment experience is essential, but the cleaning background is not essential as you will be fully supported to ensure you have all the knowledge you need.
Reliant Cleaning Ltd is part of the City Resource Group which currently has four recruitment companies covering the Industrial, Driving, Commercial, Cleaning, Care and Education sectors.
We are looking for a creative and sales driven Recruitment Consultant who is looking for autonomy and progression. We can offer a development plan to management if this is your next step and likewise are open to existing Managers joining the business.
Responsibilities: To grow the business through your generated sales pipeline To ensure you always have a pool of available candidates ensuring you can meet client demand Provide a high-level service to existing and new clients Client service reviews to secure market share growth Administrative tasks and queries
You will be provided with all the tools you need to do the job to include a laptop, mobile phone and a CRM.
