Recruitment Consultant – Construction Sector

Job Summary Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sector 18 Recruitment Ltd is looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Consultants with experience in the Construction sector to join our new office in Wilmslow. We would welcome Senior or entry level Consultants with the drive to succeed. Your Role: You will be managing a full 360 degree recruitment role on a temporary or permanent desk. Your role will involve Business Development, Account Management and delivery of quality candidates to your clients with a quick turnaround. We can offer new Consultants warm clients that need developing with a generous commission structure. Your Day to Day Tasks: Taking full responsibility of your own desk, managing both the Business Development and Account Management duties of your current and prospective clients. Quick and efficient delivery of temporary trade and labour staff to fill your client vacancies. Constant use of Database, Job boards, Microsoft. Use of Job Boards, LinkedIn, online media, social media and general website research. You will be constantly communicating with your dedicated resource team internally. Drive sales and margin in a competitive but achievable target driven environment. Your Attributes: You will need to have a professional approach and be capable of working in a team environment. You will need to show at least 2-3 years in recruitment as a Consultant or senior resource. Recruitment experience from either a Construction, Industrial, distribution perspective; however, this is not essential. Experience of a fast paced, target driven, result orientated recruitment office environment. Organised with a keen eye for detail. Excellent telephone manner. A team player and key contributor. Extensive use of internal CRM, Microsoft Office, and websites. Competitive Salary and Commission + Package Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday - Thursday) 8.30am - 4.00pm (Friday) Flexibility where available
