We are looking for a Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our team here in Cullompton, Devon. You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within trades and labour or in the highways sector although this is not 100% essential. This is a fast-paced role with a desk that is hot and is backed by a well-known brand in its area of recruitment. We require an enthusiastic and target driven individual who is ready to join our experienced team and help support our business expansion in our 22nd year of trading. As a Recruitment Consultant, you are an intermediary between companies looking to recruit (clients) and people seeking a new career (candidates). Primarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards and quick results. You will be speaking to clients and candidates daily, matching CVs and people to jobs. You will be meeting clients, networking, using social media and job boards and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. OTE earnings in the first year will be in the region of £49,000 or higher depending on results, and the second year you should be able to push over £55,000. Commission is not capped and commission payments over £2k per month are not unusual on top of the basic. We are looking for a confident and professional sales person with a passion to achieve. You must also have a self-disciplined approach with regard to work and looking to build a career. Support in the office is on hand and offered throughout the day if required, but we are a company that likes its consultants to be free thinking and do not force minimum sales calls or watch their every move. The company in return for the above offers a competitive salary and honest commission from day one based against an annual target which also has quarterly financial rewards.
