Aspire Rec2Rec are currently partnering a leading name in construction recruitment for the UK, Ireland and Europe, supplying Professional & Technical, Trades & Labour and Construction Services talent across a broad range of sectors.
Well established with 10+ offices across the UK and currently servicing tier 1 contractors.
The Role
Predominantly known for blue collar/trades & labour construction recruitment, the business has invested heavily into the white collar construction side over the last 2-3 years. They are now a number of tier 1 PSL and supply regularly to tier 1 contractors across the UK and Europe.
With this in mind, they are looking for experienced construction recruiters to build the division further. They are open to any sector of construction, but have a preference for the white collar side.
The Package
£25,000 - £32,000 basic (DOE) + commission (no threshold - 10% - 25%)
