£26,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (most consultants earn an additional £10,000 per annum) Working Hours:

28 days plus additional benefits More Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Leicester office. We are based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester. We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into industrial and driving sectors across the East Midlands area. Job Role for the Recruitment Consultant
Resourcing candidates Speaking to new and old clients to build relationships Grow your desk to increase margin Ensure all candidates are compliant to work On call will be involved and this is on a rota basis Individual targets are set for each consultant Advertising roles on various job boards & social media We will work with you to develop your skills enabling you to progress within either sector. The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within logistics or industrial sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed. Due to the type of role, we would really like the right person to have at least 1 year's experience working in an agency. What We Offer:
