As a Recruitment Consultant, your main focus will be business development. You’ll identify and engage potential new clients, conduct market research and explore potential sales opportunities. You’ll build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. You’ll build and nurture excellent relationships with clients and candidates. You’ll understand their requirements and problems, ensuring that we continue to deliver an excellent service to them, as expert partners. You’ll meet and exceed your targets and be involved in client sales and engagement from initial prospecting through to negotiation of contracts and delivery.
