We are Driver Agency Excellence standard, REC, ALP and Sedex members and GLAA licensed.
We are currently recruiting for a Driving Recruiter to work from our office based in West Bromwich. The role is for a 360 recruiter to join our existing team, working on a busy Driving plan.
The ideal candidate will:
Understand driver working regulations and hours. Have experience dealing with HGV drivers or warehouse staff either as a transport planner/supervisor or as a Recruiter. Be able to speak with businesses and drivers in a friendly and professional manner. Be able to use Microsoft Office programs and our in-house online worker system. Have good customer service skills. Be able to use own initiative and not be scared to ask. Be happy to take responsibility for on-call on a rota basis. B2B sales experience is required; new client bonuses paid.
We offer: A good basic salary based on experience. Achievable plan-based commission, with new client bonuses and competitions. Casual dress code (Staffing Network polo shirts are available). 25 days holiday per year, with an extra day for your birthday from day 1. Work hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Thurs, Friday 9am - 4pm (average of 35 hours a week). Shared on-call duties. Laptop.
