SRG Recruitment Ltd are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our logistics division. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions while building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. You will leverage your expertise in recruitment processes, relationship management, and various applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Experience in lead generation techniques to attract potential candidates. Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

About the role: Starting basic £26K to £32K DOE Plus uncapped commission. Being part of the 24/7 on-call rota. Monday to Thursday (Apply online only), Friday (Apply online only). 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Full driving license and car a must as client visits will be required. Excellent office environment and great location.

Responsibilities include: Source and attract candidates through various channels including social media management and lead generation strategies. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position. Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to placement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
