Position Summary As a

Recruitment Consultant , you will provide exceptional recruitment services to one of our existing major accounts. Proactively sourcing candidates through networking and Boolean searches, and aligning their skills and aspirations with our clients' needs within the Warehouse Automation sector. Your role involves actively engaging with the existing candidate community working within warehouse automation as well identifying Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers and Technicians who have transferable skills from other industry sectors, such as Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG, Rail and other Manufacturing and Production environments. By fostering long-term relationships with candidates, you will aim to exceed placement targets whilst also building up a detailed knowledge of competitor pay rates to help with salary benchmarking for future projects. Job Details: Eastwood Libis, QC (On-site) Monday to Friday | 7 AM to 4 PM (Manila Time) Following Australian Public Holidays Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. Develop and execute effective Boolean search strategies and targeted campaigns. Proactively network with the local Engineering communities to attract new talent and identify new sourcing strategies Candidate Assessment Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Review resumes and assess candidate skills and abilities. Ensure candidates meet job requirements and align with client needs. Talent Pool Management Build and maintain a robust network of candidates for current and future opportunities. Manage job postings, applications, and candidate communications. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Proactively network with the local Engineering communities to map out the competitor talent landscape, identifying key benchmarks such as competitor pay rates, benefits offered and shift patterns.

Recruitment Process Management Oversee the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring managers. Adhere to company recruitment processes and compliance standards. Client and Team Collaboration Work closely with the onshore 2XM team in Australia to understand specific client requirements. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress. Collaborate effectively to ensure successful candidate placements. Market Engagement Engage with the engineering and healthcare markets to identify opportunities to attract and engage new talent. Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics. Professional Representation Uphold and promote the company's values in all interactions. Represent clients professionally within their target markets. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a good understanding of sourcing Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians, as well as demonstrating strong candidate assessment techniques. Experience in conducting technical interview is highly desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Proven track record of successfully placing Engineering candidates and meeting or exceeding placement targets. Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills Excellent proficiency in Boolean searching and using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for sourcing. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems. Bullhorn is preferred but not essential. Recruitment Skills Strong candidate qualifying and screening abilities. Experience in talent pooling and managing job opportunities effectively. Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Effective time management in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and Collaboration Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented setting. Collaborative approach to achieving goals. Professionalism Commitment to upholding company values. Professional representation of clients in all interactions.
