is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play a key role in bridging the gap between talented professionals and the energy industry. We are a specialist contracting and recruitment organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing highly qualified candidates within the energy sector, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, using your exceptional communication skills and recruitment prowess to drive our business forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best candidates are selected Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, and placement Advising clients on recruitment strategies and industry insights Utilizing databases and social media platforms to source talented candidates Networking within the industry to generate leads and strengthen relationships

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or sales Prior experience in recruitment or a relevant sales position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a target-driven environment Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms
