A national education recruitment consultancy is offering recruitment consultant positions for newly experienced and established consultants.
This opportunity will see you join an established Recruitment team that focuses on providing locum educational and permanent staff across the UK.
You will work closely with your colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies identified from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered.
You will develop relations with education professional contacts, i.e., schools/colleges and related entities, and source candidates to successfully fill vacancy requirements in a fast-moving market sector.
Prior experience in the education sector is not a requirement as suitable training will be provided; you just need to bring with you an interest in recruitment and be prepared to embark on a sales career with a commitment to learn and progress.
As this role is focused on a professional recruitment sector, a suitable professional (education-related) subject degree or equivalent would be advantageous from your studies.
