ESG REC is a niche recruitment company focused on recruiting professionals in the Environmental & Social Governance (ESG) sector. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious recruiter to join our team in Hertfordshire.
Your role will involve:
Direct sales, reaching out to clients and prospects to make them aware of our services.
Marketing and advertising roles to candidates and our services to clients.
Leading and coordinating project delivery and other team members.
Reading CVs, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates.
Presenting candidates to clients and hiring teams.
Arranging interviews.
Supporting offer management.
Recruitment is a challenging and rewarding job. It requires you to communicate clearly, build rapport, work to demanding sales targets, and have an eye for detail to find the right person and properly interview and select them for your customers.
This is a new position to join our growing team. Our business is special because we are not only driven by helping people into work but we have chosen our focus on the ESG and Sustainability sector to make a difference in the world we live in.
You will be:
An excellent communicator, ideally with previous sales experience.
Computer literate.
Commercially aware.
Passionate about working in this sector.
A degree in a relevant sector would be highly advantageous.
