Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs. Source, interview, and match candidates to the right roles. Provide a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates. Handle all aspects of the recruitment process from job advertising to offer management. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in sales and recruitment, ideally within a similar environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
