Exeter Based – £25k to £28k doe + Monthly and Uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme - Health Care Scheme - Competitions and Reward Schemes - Industry Recognised Training - Office Based position. Elite Recruitment Solutions are part of the Wise Employment Group and we are looking for someone to join our award-winning expanding team to support the growth of our Commercial division. The role of Recruitment Consultant is varied and filled with highs and lows, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant you will: Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both Candidates and Clients Provide excellent Customer Service Consult and advise Companies on their Recruitment Plans Grow your own business through Sales activity on the phone and face to face Attend Client meetings, Face to Face or via Teams As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your previous sales experience and the determination to get results to your day-to-day activities. You will have excellent communication skills; both written and spoken, be able to use MS Office packages, have an excellent work ethic, and previous experience within a Sales environment; we’ll teach you the rest. If you have a passion for success, love engaging with clients, have an enquiring mind, and are tenacious, we would love to hear from you!
