Source and place skilled professionals within the construction and M&E sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Manage the full recruitment cycle: from taking job briefs, advertising roles, screening candidates, to negotiating offers and closing placements. Proactively headhunt and build a talent pool of high-caliber candidates. Work towards personal and team targets, while delivering a high level of customer service. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer insights to clients and candidates. What We're Looking For:
6 months - 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction or M&E recruitment, but we are open to other sectors if you have the right drive and transferable skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the business, with a keen interest in the construction and engineering industries.
