We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our established team.
Our offices are based in Freckleton, near Preston, and the ideal candidate will:
Be local
Be experienced in recruitment (any sector)
Have a proven track record in business development
Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Have a strong and confident phone manner
Have excellent organisational and diary management skills
Be positive and tenacious in nature
Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; however, we offer flexibility around these core hours to suit. For example, if you'd rather work 8am to 4pm, or 10am to 6pm, this is fine.
The package on offer is £24,000 basic with a really attractive commission structure, topping out at 35%. To be discussed at interview.
