Tec-source are a specialist recruitment agency within the Construction, M&E and Engineering sectors.
Due to continued growth in our Glasgow office, we are looking to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Generating new business within the sector appointed to Client aftercare by regular telephone calls and meetings Attending site and office meetings to both potential and current clients Updating and maintaining company databases and all other administrative tasks required Using various social media platforms regularly to promote Tec-source Meeting targets and deadlines
Experience / Skills required: Must have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role Experience within sales / business development is highly preferred Must be competent in the use of all Microsoft packages - Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc. Confident and polite telephone manner Driving Licence essential
In return, we offer a competitive salary which will be dependent on experience and a generous commission structure, 28 days per year plus stats increasing by 1 additional day per year of service holidays and company mobile and laptop.
