Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing candidates and clients Proactively source candidates using job boards and internal databases Register candidates daily and assess their suitability for available roles Deliver comprehensive briefs on job positions to candidates Maintain and grow relationships with key client accounts Match candidates to roles that align with their skills and aspirations Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering expert advice Experience Ideally Required for This Role: A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in sales or recruitment Exceptional telephone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated, determined, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail Target-driven with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Our Client's Team?
