Duties of the role will include but not be limited to the following:
Plan management for our Halesowen (and surrounding areas) clients Identifying client leads Developing client relationships Management of bookings on our in-house CRM system Creating job adverts to meet the changing needs of our client base Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates What we need from you:
Must be able to commute to Halesowen office when needed At least 12 months experience would be ideal Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the telephone and face-to-face Strong organisational and administrative skills Previous sales experience would be beneficial for this role Attend onsite meetings If you have a passion for recruitment and have the required experience, we would love to hear from you.
