Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancies Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees) Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases Attend marketing fairs and clients visits Work to the Company KPI targets Managing an ongoing candidate pool via job boards and social media Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings Liaising with internal and external departments Able to be on 24/7 emergency call Carry out other duties as required by management Experience, Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales Previous experience in managing staff Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to multitask Good level of Education Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle Benefits: Uncapped Bonus Scheme Company Pension We will try to respond to all applications.
