Expectation Magician : Help clients understand that 5+ years of experience doesn’t always mean finding someone under the age of 25. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organization. You will play a crucial part in building relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of both parties. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize various sourcing techniques including social media management, lead generation, and networking to identify potential candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications that accurately reflect the requirements of each role. Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status. Requirements Proven experience in UK recruitment is essential. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to lead generation and candidate engagement. Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape and current market trends.
