Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent within the healthcare industry. You will play a key role in enhancing our recruitment processes and contribute to the growth of our team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Recruitment Efforts:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the unique needs of the healthcare sector. Client Engagement:

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their specific requirements and offering tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Management:

Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience while assessing their qualifications and cultural fit. Collaboration and Team Support:

Work closely with team members, sharing best practices and supporting one another to achieve success.

Key Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of healthcare roles and the skills required for success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in recruitment tools and software. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to recruitment.
