We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Fixed Income Desk, where you’ll play a critical role in sourcing specialized talent in this dynamic field.


Position Overview:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant on the Fixed Income Desk, you will be instrumental in sourcing and placing top-tier professionals within roles such as credit analysts, traders, portfolio managers, and risk professionals for our hedge fund clients. Leveraging your industry knowledge and networking skills, you will match exceptional candidates with high-impact roles in the fixed income space, contributing to our clients’ success in this competitive sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hedge fund clients to understand their unique hiring needs and strategic priorities within the fixed income domain.
  • Conduct targeted sourcing and outreach to identify, attract, and evaluate highly skilled fixed income professionals across credit, rates, structured products, and emerging markets.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiations and successful placements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation structures specific to the fixed income space.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team.
  • Regularly update the database and maintain comprehensive records on candidates, clients, and market intelligence within the fixed income segment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • They are open to seeing recruiters from any background as long as you as you are a top performer
  • Interest in the financial sector is a huge bonus.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant recruitment certifications are advantageous.
