Hamilton Mayday and Interaction Recruitment are a leading agency with locations nationwide and we are looking to expand our hospitality and catering division across our existing branch network although this position for a Hotel & Events Consultant is based in our Soho offices in Central London.

We are looking to recruit a Hotel & Events Recruitment Consultant with experience as a hospitality recruitment consultant or candidates from within the hospitality and catering industry who have a passion for recruiting and placing candidates into the right roles. We work with many different hospitality and facilities management sites and you will need to be comfortable with various compliance requirements depending on the clients needs.

The base hours are Monday to Friday with evening and/or weekend work doing client check ins depending on the needs of the business (time off in lieu) during the daytime

As a 360 recruitment consultant you will be expected to but not be limited to
- Assist the team on a daily basis speaking to both candidates and clients to fulfill their requirements
- Resource candidates using our existing job boards and social media
- Help to develop new business and maintain and look after existing accounts with on site meetings and checking in staff on site
- Sales activity making cold and warm sales calls to prospective clients
- Hit your agreed KPI's and financial targets
- Some admin and compliance duties
- Have clear communication skills as this is key in a fast paced recruitment environment
- Be able to work well with others and also on your own initiative
- Have good knowledge of IT packages
