Construction Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing team. Whether you’re a seasoned recruiter or someone with a strong sales background looking for a fresh challenge, this role offers a chance to

while contributing to the success of some of the region’s biggest construction projects. What You’ll Do: Manage construction recruitment projects
from start to finish — finding and placing top talent across all levels of the sector. Develop strong client relationships
with key construction companies, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and match candidates
to roles that suit their skills, experience, and career aspirations. Build your candidate network
by keeping in regular contact with all candidates, ensuring they’re ready to hit the ground running when opportunities arise. Drive business development
by identifying new clients and growing Global Highland’s presence across the construction sector. What We’re Looking For: Recruitment experience
is great, but if you’ve got a background in
sales, business development, or the construction industry , we’d love to hear from you! A
people person
who thrives on building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Someone who loves a
fast-paced environment
and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Knowledge of the construction industry
would be a bonus, but we’ll support you to learn the ropes if it’s new to you! A
