Join our dynamic Temporary Recruitment team. Pay: £20,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience plus uncapped commissions. Average OTE of £35k+ (year 1), £45k+ (year 2), £50k-60k+ (year 3). Job Purpose As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment services. This includes generating new business, sourcing and placing candidates, and meeting individual sales targets within the temporary health and social care market. You will ensure a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and clients while actively contributing to the growth and success of our team. Key Responsibilities Deliver Outstanding Service:Ensure a seamless end-to-end candidate and client journey, providing ongoing support and building strong relationships. Develop and Manage Pipelines:Proactively build and maintain candidate and client databases using various channels (e.g., social media, referrals, job boards, and direct calls). Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets. Collaboration: Act as the single point of contact, maintaining effective communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams while providing regular feedback to enhance understanding and engagement. Compliance Support:Work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure an efficient and robust compliance process. Document Management:Upload and store all required documentation in external systems and the ATS, ensuring full compliance with organisational standards. Payment Query Resolution:Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve payment queries promptly. Proposal Support:Contribute to proposal development through document analysis and internal reviews. Essential Criteria: In-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry, including divisional practices and current market trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong results. Proficiency in using CRM systems and recruitment tools. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A sales-driven mindset with a consistent ability to meet and exceed targets. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
