Responsibilities:
Support team members with key senior hiring assignments in Europe & the US.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter for searches.
Approach high-value candidates confidentially.
Present job opportunities to senior executives.
Build trust and rapport.
Conduct interviews via phone and video calls.
Manage the interview process and feedback.
Identify new vacancies and clients.
Grow key accounts and develop relationships.
Learn about the SaaS & AI technologies.
Requirements:
2+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.
Proven success record.
Excellent people skills.
Strong motivation and ambition.
Creative, global mindset with business-level English.
High energy and resilience.

Competitive Year 1 OTE: £35,000 - £65,000+
Base Pay: £22,000 - £28,000 per year
