Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments. Provide expert advice and market insights to clients. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
