Due to continued growth and a drive to establish ourselves as a market leader, The Electronics Group are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our head office in Leeds. Owing to the training we provide throughout the UK; we hold a unique USP within the industry and can provide warm leads like no other recruitment business can. Our Recruitment Consultants are true 360 consultants with the autonomy to shape their desk in a way that works for them. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Utilise job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Screen candidates by conducting interviews, assessing skills, and evaluating qualifications to determine suitability for positions.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Provide consultative advice to clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication at all times.

Candidate Placement

Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and career goals. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process. Negotiate offers and terms of employment on behalf of candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

Administrative Tasks

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database. Handle all necessary documentation and paperwork related to the recruitment process. Feedback on sales activity and sales stats to the GM on a weekly basis.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess candidates and make recommendations based on client needs. Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activity. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Benefits
