As our new Consultant, you will be responsible for winning and looking after business and developing your desk. You’ll have a proven track record as an industrial recruiter, and you’ll need to be a great fit with our Core Values. You will enjoy developing new business and will thrive in dealing with the day-to-day challenges our sector brings. So, what’s in it for you? £28k basic OTE £40k+ (Realistic) Uncapped commission structure from day 1 Excellent car allowance Company phone & laptop High performance awards & recognition The role Developing relationships with new and existing clients to maximize opportunities and develop a profitable desk Managing your own client and candidate databases and delivering excellent, proactive customer service, ensuring requirements are consistently met Developing your client base and revenue through phone and face-to-face business development activity Achieving agreed individual targets and KPIs and reporting on these to management through weekly meetings and various one-to-one sessions Who are we looking for? Experience and proven track record in recruitment sales, ideally in the industrial sector Motivated by personal and team success Broad knowledge of legislation and regulations within the recruitment sector Full UK driving license and own transport Overall, we’re looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running.
