Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for an exciting remote opportunity in the Life Sciences industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the field, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their talented team as a Recruitment Consultant.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

Duties:

Continuously developing and accessing a candidate base to ensure a constant supply of suitable candidates.

Building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships to support a strong talent pipeline.

Utilising the candidate network database to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

Qualifying job opportunities and understanding clients' needs and goals.

Proactively mapping out key clients within the portfolio and across other disciplines.

Developing effective touchpoints to establish trusted advisor relationships.

Analysing client information and utilising commercial data to inform strategies.

Participating in marketing events and staying updated on industry developments.

Meeting monthly and quarterly targets while upholding the organisation's values.

Assisting in training consultants and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the Life Sciences industry would be desirable.

A proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
