Responsibilities will include:
Find, attract, and engage with the best fitting candidates for your clients.
Find clients and foster long-term relationships.
Build relationships with job seekers and provide advice.
Facilitate and finalise agreements between candidate and employer, including wage negotiation.
Produce and post job adverts that attract appropriate candidates.
Deliver social media campaigns and content that’s engaging, drives inbound business and candidate inquiries.
Person Specification:
A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Ability to use databases, including spreadsheets.
Ability to negotiate favourable contracts between the recruitment agency, employers, and employees.
Skills:
Proven experience exceeding sales targets and developing business relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:
Essential
Common sense.
GCSE Maths and English.
18 months experience (minimum).
Desirable
Experience working in Education, Life Sciences, IT or Public Sector.
