We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our rapid growing team providing temp and perm staff in a fast-paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with clients and candidates is key. The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant will include: Maintaining relationships with clients Resourcing via networking and referrals, headhunting, internal database and social media Qualifying candidates and providing all necessary information in regards to the role and opportunity (face to face or on the phone) Business Development - Building your own portfolio of clients, negotiating rates and managing their expectations/needs Taking candidates through interview preparation (face to face or on the phone) Ideal Skills: Sales focused and target driven Confident with the ability to build rapport Ability to nurture relationships Driven and ambitious, keen to develop your recruitment career long-term Positive attitude, determination and resilience!
