- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates - Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms such as Taleo, Workday, and Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines. - Generate leads and build a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. - Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies - Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates. - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role - Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to effectively utilise social media for candidate sourcing and management. - Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
