£30,000-£40,000 (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
*Applicants must live within a 15 mile radius of Wokingham. Although this will predominantly be a remote role, we will require some flexibility for office attendance.

Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs; we are looking to entrust our consultant to run their own profitable desk. We are all about enjoying what we do, delivering for our clients and reaching or, even better, exceeding our monthly financial targets.

Uncapped commission. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays. 3 additional days paid, between Christmas and New Year, when the business is closed. Birthday off. Candidates who apply MUST:
Possess a minimum of 2+ years' experience in permanent, agency recruitment. Be able to work in a fast-moving recruitment environment. Have a desire/ passion to earn beyond a basic salary. Be professional, efficient and organised, with a self-motivated approach to their work. Possess strong communication skills. Have confidence in showing initiative. Have a passion to deliver.
