We're looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant with strong Business Development skills, including cold calling clients and winning new business.
Any previous sector experience is welcomed.
Recruitment consultants will be running a dual desk (Temp and Perm placements).
Details:
Base salary between £25-40k, depending on individual experience. 10% commission on permanent placements and up to 25% on contract placements. Potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate. Working hours: 7am - 4pm during term time and 9am - 3pm in the school holidays. 1 day a week remote working. Offering tons of support and career development! Top billers earning 6 figures!
