The Recruitment Consultant Role As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you ll be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in matching outstanding educators with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Building relationships with schools and education professionals to understand their needs. Sourcing and placing candidates into roles that align with their skills and aspirations. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement. Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations at every step. Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supportive, rewarding environment. What We re Looking For We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual who: Has previous experience in recruitment (education recruitment is a plus!). Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is highly organised with a strong attention to detail. Thrives in a team environment but also works effectively independently.
