We seek a motivated and experienced Complex Care Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our London Bridge office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring candidates are fully compliant for complex care placements. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for positively impacting the healthcare sector. Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates for complex care roles. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Conduct proactive candidate searches and engage with passive candidates to expand our talent pool. Interviewing and Assessment:

Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and suitability for complex care positions. Evaluate candidates' experience, expertise, and interpersonal skills to ensure they meet the requirements of our clients. Utilise behavioural-based interview techniques to gain insight into candidates' abilities and cultural fit. Compliance Management:

Ensure candidates meet all regulatory and compliance requirements, including DBS checks, right to work documentation, and relevant certifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including compliance documentation, in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the compliance process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Client Relationship Management:

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements for complex care roles. Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing, interviewing, and compliance activities to ensure alignment with client expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to complex care recruitment and compliance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and compliance management. Proactively contribute to developing and implementing recruitment strategies to enhance candidate quality and client satisfaction. Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in healthcare or the complex care sector. In-depth knowledge of complex care services, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance management. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in recruitment software and online platforms for candidate sourcing and management.
