We're a 20-month-old construction recruitment consultancy with a combined 17 years of recruitment experience looking for a recruitment consultant to join our team.
If you're driven, results-focused, and passionate about building relationships and putting people first, this could be the opportunity for you. Us We're 20 months into our journey after starting up in April 2023 and pride ourselves on putting people first in every element of what we do. Truth be told, we still have some elements of a scrappy start-up, but we've also got some amazing processes and ways of work that have built a solid client base which has got us to the point of hiring. The Role You'll manage the 360-recruitment process working with construction professionals and helping them find permanent roles. In essence, you will: Manage your own recruitment desk and drive results (we've got some awesome desks already built) Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Become a genuine expert in your field, putting people first! Run the entire 360 recruitment process from start to finish Be an integral member of the E&F team for future hires What's on offer?
We're not trying to be shy here by not giving a £ number, but we're offering a strong basic salary that is dependent on experience and we're open to conversations!
You'll get: Uncapped commission (who isn't uncapped in recruitment) A supportive, collaborative team - these aren't just words; if you need your hand held, we'll do it, but if you're happy to run on your own, we're cool with that too! Experienced in recruitment (ideally 2 years minimum) Bringing experience as a 360 consultant Someone who has a desire to be successful and create strong relationships Strong moral compass Wanting to add a genuine financial difference to your lifestyle In a good location to get to Marlow?
