Role Purpose:

To help achieve this vision, our Recruitment Consultant is key to our delivery strategy and is always a professional, driven, and dedicated member of the respective team. Responsible for sourcing talent, making contacts, and generating new leads, they foster robust collaborative relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring job briefs are fulfilled in time. They ensure that the experience and service offered to clients and candidates are unrivaled but as efficient as possible. It's all about timing with our Recruitment Consultants: The right client, the right role, and the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Grow the division's revenue, market share, and profit by delivering the target operating model, increasing brand awareness, and engaging with the right profile of clients for New Resource Recruitment. Cultivate a robust network of clients and candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement. Design and deploy recruitment strategies that align with our company's goals, enhancing our ability to attract high-calibre candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers to gain deep insight into the position and team dynamics, ensuring the right candidate profile is put forward. Conduct meticulous reference checks and background screenings, upholding the commitment to high-calibre hires. Forge lasting relationships with clients, and manage all service levels and standards, ensuring that clients, contacts, and the community receive the highest levels of service. Action compliance, regulatory governance, controls, and escalation of issues as the first line of defence. Work with the Divisional and Client Service Manager to grow new client acquisition, and explore new opportunities. Monitor and report on all data required for role to perform effectively.

Core Experience and Qualifications: Desirable but not essential, a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a member of a recruitment regulatory body. Must have + one year's experience working in the recruitment sector, and will have delivered in a fast-paced, result-oriented role previously. Must have excellent recruitment, client onboarding, retention, relationship management, and project delivery skills. Strong working knowledge of employment law, regulations, and IT/ Word and other relevant computer software. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods, and familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues. Essential that you have a full, clean UK Driver's license and access to a car/vehicle to attend client visits and perform business development duties.
