£35,000 basic, £60,000+ OTE with bonuses and commissions + Exceptional Benefits.

Requirements:

Ambition and the desire to 'push yourself out of your comfort zone' to accelerate your career and earning potential. A sales led individual that is ambitious and tenacious yet is organised with a terrific ability to quickly pick up new IT systems and tools. A confident and forthright character that is passionate, inquisitive, creative, credible, positive and resilient. Your CV should demonstrate achievement, loyalty and above average performance both inside and outside of work.
Compensation: Our commission scheme is easy to understand and generous. In your first year, you should realistically earn £15K to £25K above your basic salary.
Recruitment Process: Our recruitment process includes robust psychometric tools, including a tough aptitude test.
