PEOPLE What the role involves: You will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process including business development to build and establish new professional relationships as well as proactive candidate resourcing via Linked-In, Job Boards, Adverts and Referrals. You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback & offer stages. What we require: Desire to work within a sales environment and to targets/previous experience in sales or a target based environment Complete fluency in English (spoken and written) Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Polish are also welcomed (but not required) This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK. Applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK both now and in the future. Please note: This is not a HR opportunity. This is a sales based role.
