Entry-Mid Level Recruitment Consultant (DOE)

who is fluent in a Nordic language (or two!) to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

Source and Attract Candidates:

Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates in the tech sector.

Build Relationships:

Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Manage the Recruitment Process:

Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement.

Utilize Your Language Skills:

Leverage your Nordic language skills to communicate effectively with Nordic-speaking candidates and clients.

Who You Are:

Language Skills:

Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English (spoken and written).

Driven and Ambitious:

A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

People-Oriented:

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.

Previous Experience (Preferred):

Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates with a passion for the industry!
