As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional with experience in a resourcing or junior role, ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and high-performing environment.

What will the role involve? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify and attract top talent through various channels Generate leads and proactively develop new client opportunities Attend in-person and virtual meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored solutions Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement Write engaging job adverts and implement creative candidate attraction strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company database Who are we looking for?
