FirstFix Recruitment, a very well established Construction biased recruitment agency are seeking a Recruitment Consultant
The company has been established since 2012, are based in Strelley Nottingham and specialise in supplying Mechanical, Electrical and Construction trades labour on building sites all over the UK.
Job Requirements are;
The ideal candidate will be required to have either experience in recruitment or have a strong sales background.
Driving licence and own car.
You must be very enthusiastic, motivated and determined to succeed.
Main duties of the Recruitment Consultant will include:
Recruiting and resourcing candidates.
Managing and building strong working relationships with both candidates and clients.
Canvassing new and potential clients over the telephone.
Visiting building sites and head offices to forge relationships and obtain new business.
Completing all administration and right-to-work checks
Benefits include;
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 starting salary DoE, Plus Uncapped Commission from day one. Very low revenue targets for the recruitment industry. Excellent promotional prospects within the company and regular salary reviews based on performance. Company mobile phone with all expenses paid. Good working hours, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. 28 days annual leave including the bank holidays. Your birthday off every year.
